- You need to register before entering the site. After registration, an admission pass will be issued. The admission pass is required to enter the site. When you have an admission pass, you can enter the site without any further registration procedures.
- What is an admission pass?
- The admission pass is a card that shows the company name and name of the visitor. An IC tag is attached on the back of the card, and it will be read when entering the site. If you register by October 23, the admission pass will be sent to you beforehand, so you can enter the site directly on the day of the exhibition without needing to register.
If you register after October 24, please bring a copy of the registration completion e-mail on the day, and then the admission pass will be issued at the site. - What registration methods can I take?
- There are two methods for registration:
(1) Register from the admission registration page on the official website (starting on September 1).
(2) Register at the site on the day of the exhibition. - Can I use the ID number that is printed on the invitation or the advance ticket more than once?
- One ID number can be used only for one registration. The same ID number cannot be used again.
- Is there a method to register as a group?
- The registration is for individuals and groups cannot be registered (except for groups of students).
- Can I enter the site without registering beforehand?
- If you visit the site without registering beforehand, you can enter the site by completing registration on the day of the exhibition. If you do not have either an invitation or an advance ticket, you will need to pay the entry fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) and perform the registration procedure.
- How many hours does it take to issue the admission pass on the day of the exhibition?
- In the past, there were cases where visitors were made wait for hours. However, we have established a system in which visitors can enter the site promptly by increasing the number of windows for admission and improving the procedures.
- Once registered, can I enter the site repeatedly during the exhibition period?
- The admission pass is valid for the whole exhibition period, and you can enter the site as many times as you want.
- Can other people use the admission pass?
- Only the person who registered can use the admission pass. If we find an admission pass that is used by a person other than the person registered on the pass, it may be confiscated.
- Can children enter the site?
- Children in junior high school or younger students can enter only when they are accompanied by their guardian (no registration is required). There are many machines in demonstration in the site. Please be careful and hold your child's hand, especially when you visit the site with young children. Fair management will assume no responsibility for any accidents due to the carelessness in the site.
