| The catalogue exhibition corner is set up to provide a location to supply information such as company
advertisements and product guides to visitors. Use this area as one of a wide variety of promotional
activities. Exhibitors who wish to participate should send Order Form 22 with one copy of the planned
exhibition catalogue (companies with an Japanese language copy should also submit one of those) by
September 24 (Fri) . As a rule, each exhibitor is allowed to apply for one space. |

Management |
|
- Management Office staff member will be at the catalogue exhibition and operate and maintain of
exhibitor's catalogue during the exhibition period. There is no space for exhibitor's attendants.
- Visitors are given catalogue request cards and provided with the catalogues listed on the collected
cards. The visitor registration data is read at this time.
- If a catalogue runs out of stock, the visitor is directed to the exhibition booth or visitor registration
data is read and the information is provided to the exhibitor after the exhibition is over.

Decisions and detailed regulations for usage |
|
- The position in the exhibition rack is determined by Fair Management. After positions are
determined, Regulations for Use of Catalogue Exhibition with the regulations for usage will
be sent by October 10 (Fri.). Please adhere to these regulations.
- Usage fees will be billed to the user after the exhibition.

- You may start to use the room 30 minutes in advance to prepare, and 30 minutes over to clear up.
- Fair Management will introduce Exhibitor Workshops on the JIMTOF official website,
printed matters, and announce during the fair. Applicant is responsible for attracting visitors
and reception and operation.

Allocation and Regulation of Use |
|
- Fair Management will allocate the rooms to applicants according to their forms submitted. When
multiple applications for the same room are received, Fair Management will decide and allocate the
rooms.
- Assignment and regulations for using the meeting room will be sent by July 23 (Fri.) by mail.
Please read the regulations and keep them handy for reference.
- Fair Management will issue an invoice for the Exhibitor Workshop fees to the Exhibitor after the
removal period.

| JIMTOF2010 will use the Tokyo Big Sight Smart Shipping Service. |
- This service is the official shipping service designated by Fair Management. This service will
deliver packages from a location to the venue and also provide services related to general shipping,
such as loaning out heavy machinery or offering contracts for cargo handling. By consolidating the
shipping services, Fair Management hopes to reduce the congestion during delivery and removal
time. Please consider using the designated service.
- Exhibitors may deliver goods and decorations to the venue or remove them from the venue without
using the designated service. It is also possible for cooperating organizations to appoint a different
shipping service.
