We will introduce the gear inspection machine (Double-/Single-flank tester) of LiTW in Germany, who has many delivery records to automobile related-manufactures mainly in Europe, USA and China with explanation panels of the system functions and video of the inspection system in operation.
According to the popularization of EV and PHV, it becomes a trend that the gear manufacture in automobile industry checks all the gears for a ghost noise caused by waviness of gear surface and a noise caused by very tiny nick or eccentricity which had not been previously considered as a problem.
As the gear inspection machine of LiTW can execute 100% inspection for those noise with high speed by using the special sensor and the software including FFT analysis, it meets to such demands.
Besides, the latest gear inspection machine of LiTW can execute the inspection of transmission error (TE) together with the noise inspection (TAC), which will significantly reduce the inspection time.
