SII produce a small, hi-speed, hi-precision internal grinding machine that take advantage of precision machining technology. These machines are often used such as automobile parts and bearings.
SII announces the high-precision internal grinding machine, SIG-Evo1s. It is evolved further high-precision machining with the latest technology. High speed, high-accuracy positioning is possible by using rigid hydraulic guide in workhead and wheelhad slide and by using liner motor drive. 2-axis linear interpolation control makes possible to correspond to arbitrary angle for easy set up. By incorporating hybrid hydrodynamic bearing workhead, we achieve high-precision grinding.
