Technomark marking systems are shown as the CONNECT series dot-peen marker and our laser markers. The CONNECT series works over a wireless connection, so no cable routing is required. It is operated from its dedicated controller, and an Android device can also be used. The laser markers are compact and light, and run from a 100V supply. Both are used for part traceability.
ECOROLL roller burnishing tools finish surfaces by rolling, bringing grinding and honing together into a single lathe operation. EPPINGER tool holders and quick-change systems shorten setup time on turret lathes. Air Turbine Tools spindles retrofit to an existing spindle and reach 25,000 to 90,000 rpm.
The FORMHAND gripper has granules inside its pad that conform to the shape of the workpiece, so one gripper handles many different parts. The AL Jet Cleaner removes chips inside the machine without opening the door, which suits unattended operation. For coolant, we have the IDE-CK1 dilution unit, which runs on water pressure alone, and nanoBOOSTER, which slows degradation.
