Introducing a next-generation rare-earth-free zirconia material.
DKK will showcase Calcia Stabilized Zirconia (CaSZ), developed using our proprietary low-temperature sintering technology. By utilizing Calcia as the stabilizer, CaSZ eliminates the need for rare-earth elements, contributing to supply stability and reduced raw material procurement risks. The material also offers high strength, high fracture toughness, and excellent resistance to hydrothermal degradation. It is well suited for machine tool components, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and wear-resistant structural parts where both durability and stable supply are critical.
