We exhibits versatile Horizontal Machining Center "HN80E-FC", High Productive Horizontal Machining Center "HPN800", Turn Table type High Power NC Milling Machine “JK400Ⅲ” and workpiece appearance measurement system “e-na”. We will suggest rationalization & improved productivity of manufaturing system.
“HN80E-FC” can proceed continuous operation of facing, drilling and grooving. We will perform a demonstration of machining a valve with “Twin Facing Tool Head”(OP). “HPN800” realizes rapid traverse 60m/min. This machine is a new generation of horizontal machining center pursues “HIGH RIGIDITY” and “HIGH SPEED”. “JK400Ⅲ” can cut steel plate of width 415mm with φ425 mm large diameter cutter at one passing. “e-na” achieves visualizing workpiece before processing in non-contact way. This is very safety & speedy way of measuring a workpiece.
