We will be exhibiting products from Alicona, a manufacturer of non-contact 3D measuring machines headquartered in Austria. Each product is used for a wide range of applications, from research institutes to production sites.
The measurement principle at the heart of the technology, the "focus variation/focal point movement method," makes it possible to perform measurements that were previously difficult, opening up new areas and possibilities for non-contact 3D measuring machines.
This time we will be exhibiting our latest model, the FocusX.
It is capable of both high-precision and high-speed measurements.
If you bring a measurement sample, we will actually measure it at the venue.

Supporting Productivity and Quality Improvement

The “Contour Series (CSI method)” of non-contact 3D surface profile roughness meters (white interferometers), which measure surface profile evaluation on the nano-order, are measurement devices that contribute to manufacturing sites, research, and quality control with their short measurement time, non-destructive and non-contact features. The NPFLEX-1000, a high-end model for large samples, will be exhibited at JIMTOF.
