Our polycrystalline diamond coating and polishing technology can offer for not only cutting tools but also precision dies and molds that require surface and dimensional accuracy, thereby contributing to the ultra-long life of the dies and molds. We also provide the diamond polishing technique that can be finished in short time.
The large ion beam source "Linear Ion Source," released this summer, can be installed in ion etching system to enable coating removal of large tools and the large-area etching.
We will exhibit Frameless motors that achieve high-precision rotation are able to use in special environments such as vacuum and space as well as the main and grinding wheel spindles of various measuring instruments and machine tools. And we exhibit servo driver products that control them.
In addition, we will exhibit together with our group company DIAVAC Limited, to propose products that contribute to material mixing, such as hot press and glove box.

PostDIAVAC LIMITED
The DIAVAC's HOT PRESS has a function to switch between "high-pressure mode" using hydraulic and "low-pressure mode" using a servo motor (option) in order to control the load with higher accuracy over a wide range of pressing areas. In addition, it has expanded the area (about twice as much as ours).
Please take a look at the sample made with our "HOT PRESS".
In addition, we also introduce custom examples such as the combination of a "GLOVE BOX" that enables work under low dew point and low oxygen concentration environments and a proven batch-type "VACUUM SINTERING FURNACE" .
