In principle, you will only be given a space for your booth. However, you may request booth partition panels (system panels) and booth number plates free of charge. If you require these, please submit Order Form 14: Booth Partition/Number Order Form on the exhibitor's website by September 21 (Wed). If one exhibitor requests partition panels and an exhibitor in a neighboring booth does not, the partition panels will be installed entirely within the first exhibitor's booth. If two neighboring exhibitors request partition panels, they will be installed directly on the boundary line between the booths.

The height of all decorations (including furniture and fixtures) must be no taller than 3.0m as measured from the floor. However, decorations located at least 3m from aisles, adjacent booths and walls may be up to 6.0m in height. If you wish to include decorations higher than 3.0m, please submit a drawing of your plan to Fair Management by October 20 (Thu). There are no height restrictions on exhibits. However, please contact Fair Management if you have an exhibit that exceeds a height of 3.0m.

If your exhibition space is at least 15 booths large, you may install a two-story construction. You can only set up your two story construction at least 3.0m from aisles, adjacent booths and walls. However, if your exhibition space is at least 21 booths large, you can set up the same as long as it is a 1.0m distance from the frame of the site only on the side of the wall. A two story construction must have handrails at least 1.2m in height and a total height of no more than 6.0m. If you wish to set up a two story construction, please submit Order Form 15: Two Story Construction / In-booth Banner Installation Order Form with a drawing of your plan from the exhibitor's website to Fair Management by September 21 (Wed). In addition, you may be required to install wireless smoke detectors, package fire-fighting facilities and fire extinguishers, etc.

If your exhibition space is at least 21 booths large, you may apply to hang a banner from the ceiling within the area of your exhibition space. Furthermore, if your exhibition space is at least 41 booths large, you may also apply for a special size banner. If you wish to hang a banner, please submit Order Form 15: Two Story Construction / In-booth Banner Installation Order Form with a drawing of your plan and the design data from the exhibitor's website to Fair Management by September 21 (Wed). We will create your banner, hang it up and then remove it to ensure safety and smooth delivery/removal. (You may not perform these services by yourself.)

Decorations between 90cm and 3.0m in height that face an aisle may take up no more than one-third of each side of the aisle. In other words, it is necessary to leave at least two thirds of the aisle open.

The purpose of the delivery/removal plan is to provide smooth on-site delivery and removal work with less congestion. Simply put, Fair Management (Distribution Desk) will determine the starting dates for the delivery and removal of each exhibitor. You will not be permitted to perform any decorating or wiring work before your designated delivery date.

We ask that all exhibitors submit Order Form 1: Delivery/Removal Plan Order Form from the exhibitor's website by September 21 (Wed). Fair Management (Distribution Desk) will inspect this information carefully and determine your delivery starting date based on the amount of exhibits you plan to display, your booth position and other similar considerations.

The Distribution Desk will inform you of the date on which you can start your delivery work. There is a separate section on Order Form 1: Delivery/Removal Plan Order Form where you can give the date on which you would like to start decorating your booth. The Distribution Plan Desk will inspect all of the information carefully to determine your delivery starting date. However, please understand that your desired date may not be available depending on the circumstances.

You cannot start removal using vehicles in order to provide a safe working environment and in order to prevent traffic jams forming in the surrounding area. There is no waiting area for vehicles. Therefore, you cannot park vehicles for removal nearby. You will only be able to pack away your exhibits and dismantle decorations in your booth on the last day of the exhibition. However, you will be permitted to park in the exhibitor parking lot and physically carry materials/articles to your vehicle for removal. Furthermore, if your booth is located next to the delivery entrance shutters, we may ask you to remove your exhibits on the same day in exceptional circumstances in order to facilitate operations on subsequent days.

The Distribution Desk will send you your vehicle passes around the middle of October. There are three types of vehicle pass: Exhibit delivery vehicle passes, decoration delivery vehicle passes and exhibitor vehicle passes. The number of passes issued varies. Please refer to the Exhibitor's Manual for more details.

There is a limited amount of space for delivery/removal around the site. We ask that you perform delivery/removal using the minimum number of vehicles necessary. Please consult with the Distribution Desk if you absolutely must need more vehicle passes. However, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the limited amount of space for vehicles.

The invitations are a single sheet of paper with a size of about 210mm (H) × 100mm (W).

We will provide you with 100 invitations in English and 10 invitations in Japanese per booth.

You can purchase additional invitations beyond your free allotment at a cost of 100 yen per invitation (120 yen for an invitation and envelope set). If you would like to purchase additional invitations, please submit Order Form 21: Additional Invitations Order Form by September 26 (Fri). You must purchase additional invitations in batches of 50.

We will send leaflets introducing the exhibition together with your invitations. These leaflets are the same size as the invitations – 210mm (H) × 100mm (W).

Fair Management will provide one envelope per invitation. If you do not need these envelopes, please contact Fair Management by August 12 (Fri). There is a space on these envelopes to print your company name.

Please allow approximately one week for the delivery of additional invitations.

Your company name will be printed on the invitations. However, the company names of your co-exhibitors and represented exhibitors will not be printed on the invitations.

Exhibitor pass type A has registered personal information printed on it. JIMTOF encourages exhibitors to register in the same way as visitors to help business discussions between exhibitors run smoothly. Exhibitor pass type B does not include this registered personal information. The word "Staff" is simply printed on the front. Type B passes are used by exhibitors who will not be involved in business discussions.

Your individual name, company name, booth number and bar code will be printed on the type A passes. The name of the representative exhibitor will be printed for the company name. The word "Staff," your company name and booth number will be printed on the type B passes.

You can only apply for exhibitor passes from the exhibitor's website. After logging in to the exhibitor's page, please complete the procedures on the exhibitor pass registration page.

You can order as many additional exhibitor passes as you wish during the application period. We will make a total of five passes (types A and B combined) available free of charge per booth (upper limit: 300 passes). We will charge an extra fee for any additional passes.

We will send you your exhibitor passes in a folder together with your contractor passes from mid-October. If you do not apply for any passes, we will automatically send you type B passes after the application deadline.

Exhibitor passes for co-exhibitors / represented exhibitors must be applied for all at once by the representative exhibitor in the same way as with the other order forms. Please apply from the exhibitor's website.

Exhibitor passes are valid for the entire delivery period (November 10 to 16), exhibition period (November 17 to 22) and removal period (17:00 on November 22 to 25).

No. Each reader comes with a LAN cable (private line). The cost of this is included in the reader fee. In addition, the private line for this LAN cable cannot be used to connect to the external Internet.

No. This computer only displays the screens for the visitor management system. If you would like to use the Internet, please apply for a communications line separately.

Yes. However, you can only connect one wired admission pass reader and one handheld admission pass reader to each computer.

Yes. However, you can only connect one handheld reader to each computer. If you would like to handle the data scanned from multiple handheld readers separately (such as when you would like to manage the data for each co-exhibitor), you must use different computers.

In the case of wired admission pass readers, visitor data is displayed on the computer when the admission pass is scanned. However, if a visitor registered on the same day, only his/her ID number will be displayed until his/her entry has been completed. In the case of handheld admission pass readers, visitor data will be displayed on the screen when connected to your computer with a USB cable after the admission pass has been scanned.

No. If you use the JIMTOF visitor management system, you can obtain the data without a fee.

You can download the scanned data from a computer in your booth that is connected to the visitor management system. You can also download the scanned data at the Support Centers located in the East and West Halls. You cannot download the data outside of the site. You will need the ID and password that you will be provided with beforehand to download the data. Please bring storage media (e.g. USB memories) if you wish to download the data at a Support Center.

The data contains personal information that is commonly found on business cards (e.g. individual name, department name and company name). However, personal data is not displayed for students.

In principle, each company is only provided with one ID and one password. If you log in with the same ID and password, you can browse and download all visitor data scanned in your booth on multiple computers.

There are two ways to obtain additional information about visitors with the wired admission pass reader.
1) Check the column for the applicable additional information on the screen of your computer after scanning the admission pass of the visitor
2) Touch the separate additional information sheet with the reader after scanning the admission pass of the visitor
You can also obtain additional information by scanning the separate additional information sheet after scanning the admission pass of the visitor with the handheld admission pass readers.

You can set up to 30 additional items of information. However, you can only obtain up to 10 additional items of information per visitor. Please contact us separately if you wish to obtain more than 30 additional items of information.

Yes. You can change these names freely.

The LAN cable will be installed in your both with a male connector on the end. You just need to connect this to your computer.

Unfortunately, our current system cannot support this.

We cannot support this request due to security issues. Please apply for a separate communications line if you wish to establish a LAN connection in your booth or frequently transfer data to outside sources.

In principle, we ask that you take any waste away with you when you leave. If you are unable to take away your waste, our partner Big Sight Services Corporation will do so for a fee.

We will establish a collection location for scrap metal in the site. Please bring your scrap metal there.
